Cynet Health is seeking an RN for ICU care on a 13-week assignment in Indiana. The Day Shift requires a 12-hour shift pattern with a focus on safe, patient-centered care and leadership of licensed and non-licensed staff.

Two years of acute ICU RN experience, current RN license, and certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS) are required, along with Epic experience to support care coordination and documentation.

Qualifications

• Two years of acute inpatient ICU RN experience.
• Current RN license.
• Epic experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patient conditions per policy or as warranted by patient condition.
• Develop, prioritize, and implement the plan of care.
• Collaborate with patient/family and interdisciplinary services.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Mentor/precept staff; promote teamwork and safety.
