Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Bachelors degree BSN preferred.
• Will consider newly licensed graduates.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care in accordance with ANA standards and ethics.
• Delivers patient care in accordance with specialty standards as appropriate.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the patient plan of care.
• Assesses and evaluates patient teaching using education resources.
• Models leadership, acts as preceptor and mentors staff.
• Delegates and supervises ancillary staff and complies with NJ guidelines.
• Participates in unit and organization activities and community projects.
• Pursues educational support to meet learning needs.
