Concord Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in an inpatient specialty area. The RN 2 will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a specific patient population, across simple to complex multi-system needs, in a safe and therapeutic environment.

The role emphasizes growth and development knowledge, collaboration with the health care team, and adherence to organizational standards and protocols.

Formación

• One year of clinical nursing experience.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Evidence of teamwork and the ability to function as a team member.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care.
• Bases nursing actions on organized clinical reasoning and judgment.
• Gathers data via history and physical assessment to plan and implement interventions.
• Develops and revises the plan of care based on patient needs.
• Documents care and patient progress toward outcomes.
• Directs and supervises others in delegated nursing activities.
• Educates patients and families about the plan of care and post-discharge care.
• Manages time and resources to deliver patient care.
• Administers medications to patients.
