Job summary

You will educate patients and families on prevention and healthy habits while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Specialty certification preferred (e.g., CCRN, CNOR, CEN).

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ conditions and assess needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise care plans.
• Administer medications and provide treatments per orders.
