Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit to provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote health and restore function.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care, communicate effectively with patients and families, and uphold NorthBay’s care model and professional standards in a fast-paced, onsite ICU setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional registered nursing.
• RN license issued by the State of California; BSN or higher required.
• Current BLS and ACLS per AHA guidelines.
• Telemetry certification within 3 months of employment; TNCC within 18 months or proof.
• National Certification in Critical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care to ICU patients with a therapeutic relationship.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for all assigned patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote health and restoration.
