Job summary

St. Anthony North Hospital in Westminster, CO is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator to support the director and coordinate unit activities, serving as a clinical resource and role model for the team.

You will lead daily operations, assign duties, ensure safe patient care, and champion evidence-based practice. The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), Colorado RN license, ACLS and NIHSS within six months, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or equivalent
• One year of clinical RN experience
• Colorado RN license to practice
• ACLS within six months of hire or transfer
• NIHSS within six months of hire or transfer
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records; evaluate responses and intervene to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide leadership, support, and coordination of unit operations during designated shifts.
• Direct, organize, and prioritize shift activities to ensure patient care and staff needs are met.
• Ensure appropriate admissions and skill mix for safe patient care.
• Liaise with the multidisciplinary patient care team.
