St. Anthony North Hospital in Westminster, CO is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator to support the director and coordinate unit activities, serving as a clinical resource and role model for the team.
You will lead daily operations, assign duties, ensure safe patient care, and champion evidence-based practice. The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), Colorado RN license, ACLS and NIHSS within six months, and strong leadership and communication skills.
As our RN Clinical Coordinator, you will actively support the department director/manager by coordinating clinical and department activities for the unit, serving as a vital clinical resource and professional role model.
Every day you will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, ensure high-quality care delivery, act as a crucial link between physicians and the patient care team, authorize work procedures, assign duties, manage as shift charge, and actively take patient assignments based on unit needs and acuity, all while promoting patient well-being and adhering to professional standards.
