Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the ICU/Med-Surg on-site role at North Shore Medical Center in Salem, MA. The RN will manage the nursing process, coordinate with the care team and ensure high-quality patient-centered care, with ACLS/BLS requirements and additional certifications preferred.

The position includes overnight shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with every other weekend/holiday, site-based responsibilities, and a 36-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical or ICU nursing experience.
• ACLS and BLS certification required; ANCC cardiac/vascular certification preferred.
• Fluent reading and writing English.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across units.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and care teams to coordinate care.
• Ensure patient safety, discharge planning and documentation.
