Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process from admission to discharge. You will assess patients, coordinate plans of care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.

Requires MA RN licensure and BLS; BSN degree is preferred. Schedule: 4 - Mixed Shift, 12.5 hours, full-time with base pay of $52.50–$57.50/hour; signing bonus may be available and is confirmed during interview.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS certification required for every RN; ACLS if current or required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process for delivery and management of patient care from Admission to Discharge.
• Performs patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates individual plan of care including discharge planning.
• Directs and evaluates nursing care within the assigned clinical setting.
• Documents patient care according to standard procedures.
