Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care, including ventilator management, airway management, and aerosolized medication delivery.
• Perform assessments, collaborate with healthcare team members, and educate patients, families, and staff.
• Ensure safe and quality care by adhering to protocols, promoting safety, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and precept new employees and students, participate in invasive and diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic orders, and support a positive, team-oriented environment.
