Job summary

ARMStaffing in San Antonio, TX is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our Adult ICU team on a 13-week contract. You will administer respiratory therapies and manage ventilators to support critically ill patients.

The ideal candidate holds CRT or RRT, Texas RCP license, BLS and ACLS, with 6 months to 1 year ICU experience. You will work day shifts in a fast-paced ICU and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum ICU experience of 6 months to 1 year.
• CRT or RRT certification required.
• Texas RCP license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Administer nebulizer therapy, airway clearance, and BiPAP.
• Operate ventilators including GE Carescape R860 and Covidien PB980.
• Use HFNC and non-invasive ventilation as needed.
• Perform ABG analysis and report results.
• Collaborate with ICU multidisciplinary team.
