Job summary
Penn Medicine is seeking a Resource Team Nurse to support our flexible scheduling program for registered nurses across units. You will help coordinate shifts, assign staffing, and contribute to high-quality patient care.
Ideal candidates hold a BSN from an accredited nursing program, with 2–3 years of acute care RN experience, PA RN licensure, and BLS/CPR certification. ICU experience is highly valued and teamwork is essential.
