Job summary

Piedmont Medical Network – Rock Hill Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment. A sign-on bonus of up to $30,000 is offered based on eligibility and qualifications.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s degree in Nursing, an active RN license, BLS, and ACLS/NIHSS within orientation for ICU/CCU/SICU/CVICU. Join a dedicated team focused on compassionate care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN licensure (permanent multistate license preferred) and active state license.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire.
• ACLS and NIHSS required within orientation for ICU/CCU/SICU/CVICU.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and documents a written plan of care within specified timeframe.
• Performs patient interventions completely and proficiently with age-specific competency.
• Verifies orders for accuracy during hospitalization, including med reconciliation and test scheduling.
• Follows medication policies, identifies medications, administers meds, and monitors first-dose reactions.
• Interprets diagnostic data and notifies physician of critical labs per protocol.
• Performs related duties as required.
