Job summary

CHI Health St. Elizabeth in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You will perform assessments, plan care, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include RN nursing program completion, Nebraska RN licensure, BLS/CPR, and ACLS within 5 months. Sign-on bonus and education assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program, upon hire.
• Nebraska RN licensure, upon hire.
• BLS/CPR certification, upon hire.
• ACLS certification within 5 months.

Responsibilities

• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
• Assess and analyze healthcare consumer data across multiple domains.
• Plan measurable short- and long-term goals with the patient and team.
• Implement and modify the plan of care, including education and discharge planning.
• Evaluate progress and revise care plans as needed with the multidisciplinary team.
• Document all phases of the nursing process in the patient record.
