Job summary

Henderson Hospital, part of The Valley Health System, seeks an experienced RN for full-time night shifts in Henderson, NV. The role provides direct patient care and clinical leadership in a high-quality care environment.

Requires current RN license in Nevada, BLS, ACLS, and PALS/NRP as per department needs; one year acute care experience or approved specialty training. BSN preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a Specialty course or equivalent.
• One year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course.
• Current RN license in NV; BLS, ACLS, and PALS/NRP as required by department; other certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care to patients per policies and standards; maintains Patient Centered Care.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides staff under supervision; demonstrates service excellence at all times.
