Job summary

Asante is hiring a registered nurse for night shifts in Medford, OR. This 0.9 FTE, full-time-equivalent role supports ICU/IMCU units with a focus on high-acuity patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, respond to rapid responses, and provide expert nursing care in a critical environment.

Qualifications include OR OSBN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and a BSN preferred. Prior acute and critical care experience is desirable; relocation assistance is available for external candidates.

Qualifications

• RN license required by Oregon State Board of Nursing upon start
• BLS certification required upon start
• ACLS required upon start; new grads have 4 months to obtain

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop patient care plans
• Respond to life-saving situations as part of rapid response and code team
• Provide care to critically ill patients with high acuity and risk
• Demonstrate organizational skills and adapt priorities with acuity, volume, emergencies, staffing, or scheduling
• Be part of a recognized critical care team delivering excellent patient care
