Job summary

Spring Valley Hospital in Las Vegas, NV, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care in a leading acute care setting. You will lead and support the healthcare team, ensuring patient-centered care and adherence to facility standards.

The role requires an active Nevada RN license with current BLS; ACLS, PALS or NRP as required by the department, and completion of pre-employment assessments. An interim license may be needed during onboarding.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCED PREFERRED
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a Specialty course or equivalent. BSN preferred.
• One year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course.
• Current RN license in Nevada. Current BLS, ACLS (adult) or PALS/NRP as required by department.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments. Interim RN license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies and standards.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees under supervision.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
