Responsibilities

• Deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adult patients in a collaborative environment
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Titrate IV drips and ventilator support, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on care and treatment plans
• Accurately document in the EHR and support safety, quality, and infection control standards
• Precept new staff as needed and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
