Job summary

Fauquier Health, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the ICU team in Warrenton, VA. You will perform accurate patient assessments, initiate appropriate nursing interventions, document medical necessity, and contribute to the interdisciplinary care plan.

This position offers full-time rotating shifts (3-12 hour shifts per week with alternating weekends) and a comprehensive benefits package. RN license required; ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
