Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited BSN/ADN or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
• BLS and ACLS required. ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect critical patient care.
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, family and interdisciplinary staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers.
• Participate in discharge planning process.
