Kindred Hospital Central Tampa, a 102-bed long-term acute care facility, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its ICU team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, use the nursing process, advocate for patients, supervise colleagues, and coordinate with physicians to develop care plans.

This role requires ACLS/BCLS certification, Florida RN licensure, and strong clinical judgment.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited RN program.
• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida or multi-state license.
• Active BCLS and ACLS certifications as required.
• Minimum one year of critical care or ICU experience.

Mansioni

• Provide nursing care to critically ill patients using the nursing process.
• Supervise nursing care provided by other staff.
• Coordinate care with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications per ICU policies and the seven rights.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
