Job summary

Samaritan Health Services in Corvallis, OR seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide safe, age-appropriate ICU care, using the nursing process within Oregon Board of Nursing guidance.

Current Oregon RN license is required. BLS on hire; ACLS/PALS within 90 days; TNCC/ATCN within six months. ICU experience preferred; CAP requirements apply. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required upon hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within 90 days of hire.
• TNCC/ATCN required within six (6) months of hire.
• Previous ICU experience preferred, training possible with other Critical Care experience.
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to CAP requirements for moderate complexity testing.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide safe, age-appropriate direct and indirect patient care.
• Practice within the scope of the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
• Provide ICU-level care for acutely/critically ill patients with monitoring and interventions.
