Qualifikationen

• RN licensure and current CPR/BLS/ACLS required within 90 days of hire
• Two to four years of critical care experience preferred
• Fairly autonomous clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Ability to follow infection control procedures and patient safety protocols

• Provide nursing care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in ICU.
• Deliver care within hospital critical care standards and reassess plans regularly.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and monitors with supervision as needed.

• Perform procedures such as IV therapy, medication administration, and wound care as ordered.
