Tenet-AZ Region is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU in Peoria, Arizona. You will provide individualized, direct bedside care to critically ill patients and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires 1+ year ICU experience, Arizona RN license, and BLS/ACLS. BSN is preferred, with opportunities to grow within a supportive ICU leadership team located in the Northwest Valley.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ICU or acute care experience.
• Arizona RN license (Active) and current BLS/ACLS per department guidelines.
• BSN preferred for advanced roles.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage patients requiring advanced cardiac, neuro, or hemodynamic support.
• Develop and update patient care plans using evidence-based nursing processes.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to healthcare team members as needed.
• Participate in hourly rounds and maintain a safe, patient-centered environment.
• Take charge responsibilities when required.
