Role: Night Shift Step Down ICU RN Coordinator
Responsibilities: Provide high-acuity care for complex patients transitioning from ICU, perform continuous assessments, manage cardiac monitoring and advanced therapies, and respond swiftly to patient status changes.
Lead shift coordination, prioritize admissions and discharges, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a patient-centered environment, supporting clinical growth.
Qualifications & Skills: Registered Nurse (RN) license, experience in critical or step-down care, strong assessment and clinical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
