Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of RN nursing program
• IA RN license required on hire
• CPR certification on hire
• ACLS required within 5 months
• PALS required within 5 months

Responsibilities

• Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Assess patient data including physiological, psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Plan measurable short- and long-term goals with the team.
• Implement and adjust the plan of care with clinical reasoning and coordination.
• Evaluate progress and revise the care plan with multidisciplinary input.
