The ideal candidate will have 1 year of clinical nursing experience, BSN preferred, and active RN licensure with BLS. You will participate in governance, safety initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with active license in state(s) where services are provided.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be needed by specialty.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience typical for this role.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care using evidence-based practices.
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units within the service area to meet patient care needs.
• Adhere to age-specific care requirements and participate in ongoing professional development.
