• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; BSN required as of 2025-04-27.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients as appropriate.
• Plan and develop individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Implement care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team to meet care goals.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise care plans as needed; ensure proper documentation.
