Qualifications

• RN required with active license
• At least 2 years ICU experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Stroke scale certification or ability to obtain
• CCRN must be obtained within 2 years of hire

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
• Document care and interventions accurately in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, and follow-up steps.
• Lead and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams to support recovery.
