Job summary

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU/Rapid Response Float Pool. This full-time night position offers 36 hours weekly, 7pm–7am shifts, with weekend/holiday requirements and TX RN licensure upon hire.

You will float to the Rapid Response Team, work with a multidisciplinary group, and provide high-quality care while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Orientation is in Arlington during the first days.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or ADN/BSN required
• TX RN license upon hire or activation
• ACLS/BCLS required within specified timelines
• NRP required within 90 days for float to neonatal care
• 1 year RN experience or completion of RN residency program

Responsibilities

• Float to the Rapid Response Team and ICU as needed
• Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs
