Job summary

Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin, Georgia, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Registered Nurse ICU PRN to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered critical care in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with physicians and the care team to implement assessment-driven plans, document care accurately, and advocate for patients and families while supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives. No travel required; licensure and credentials as described are required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing
• BCLS Instructor credential must be obtained within 30 days of start date
• ACLS Instructor credential must be obtained within 30 days of start date
• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in ICU
• Collaborate with medical providers and care team to assess and plan care
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up
• Document care and patient status accurately in medical records
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives in the ICU
