Baptist Nassau is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to lead AAU/ICU nursing teams on the night shift. The role oversees patient care, coordinates with ancillary staff, and ensures adherence to nursing process and standards.
Required are an ADN with RN licensure, ICU and post-surgical nursing experience, plus BLS and ACLS certifications. Bachelor's degree is preferred for advancement.
Qualifications
- ICU experience is required.
- Post-surgical nursing experience is required.
- Current RN license required; BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, direct, and provide nursing care for patients in AAU/ICU.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams on night shift.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
