Job summary

Saint Luke's Hospital is seeking a results-driven nursing leader to partner with departmental leadership in directing patient care and to provide direct professional nursing in the assigned area.

You will serve as the on-site manager for daily operations, ensuring established competencies are met within the introductory period and collaborating with families, nursing staff, physicians, and other departments to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse required.
• BLS certification required within hire; ACLS/TNCC, PALS/ENPC, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E. and fetal monitoring training as per RN job description.

Responsibilities

• Assist departmental leader in managing care provision and directing activities.
• Provide direct professional nursing care in assigned area.
• Serve as the on-site manager for daily operations.
• Complete established competencies within introductory period.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education

Graduate of accredited school of nursing
