Assistant Director of Nursing (ICU) provides leadership and coordination of nursing and patient-care operations within the ICU.
In partnership with the Director of Nursing, this role oversees:

• Nursing staff coordination, accountability, and support to ensure effective unit operations
• Patient care quality and safety initiatives aligned with evidence-based, person-centered practices
• Regulatory compliance and adherence to healthcare policies and standards
• Patient flow management to optimize care delivery and unit performance
• Unit resources planning and utilization to maintain appropriate staffing and supplies
