Intermountain Health Platte Valley Hospital in Brighton, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a comprehensive 12-week training pathway into Critical Care. Minimum qualifications include current RN license, BLS, and the option to obtain BSN within four years if not already held.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred and will be required for some roles as of 4/27/2025.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with health team and utilize technology and evidence-based practice.
