Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and collaboration with patients, families, and care partners.
• Cultural awareness and ability to connect with diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication concepts and techniques; partnering with patients and families.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and clinical judgement.
• Knowledge of medication administration and prescription processes.
• Discharge planning knowledge for post-discharge needs.
• Documentation of health information in written or electronic form.
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification (AHA)
• RN license required in state of practice.

Responsibilities
