Job summary

Kennedy University Hospitals, Inc is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care at the Stratford site. Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• BSN preferred or completion of BSN or appropriate advanced degree within 3 years of hire strongly preferred.
• 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops nursing plans of care with patients and designated care partners.
• Interacts with patients, families, and staff ensuring safety and quality of care.
• Participates in hospital/practice committees including safety and quality improvement.
• Uses health information systems to manage patient data and care processes.
• Delivers education to patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
