Job summary

Texas Health Huguley is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift in our critical care unit. Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases up to 20% through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and advancement criteria.

Qualifications

Nurse with RN license and current licensure.
Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Provide education and counseling to patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Document patient care activities, including assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes, accurately and timely in the EMR.
