Job summary

Adventist Health is seeking an experienced RN Manager for the ICU unit in Montebello, California. The role focuses on safe, high-quality patient care, staff leadership, and efficient clinical operations.

You will supervise nursing and ancillary personnel, coordinate with physicians and department leaders, and drive patient/family satisfaction while meeting organizational goals. A Bachelor’s in nursing is required; master’s preferred, with leadership and acute care experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Five years’ technical experience is preferred.
• One year’s leadership experience is preferred.
• Two years’ acute care nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct nursing and ancillary staff on a defined unit.
• Lead daily activities and coordinate care with physicians and staff.
• Ensure patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage staffing, overtime, and unit scheduling to maintain appropriate coverage.
