• Evaluate care and patient response.
• Document nursing care in the medical record.
• Delegate and supervise CNAs, SNAs and other healthcare workers as assigned.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Promote a clean, safe environment of care and adhere to safety habits.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality per Standards of Conduct.
