Job summary

TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a Medical ICU setting. You will work with physicians and the care team to implement individualized plans and provide compassionate patient education.

The role requires RN licensure, a relevant degree, and at least one year of acute care experience, with ACLS within 6 months and BCLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 6 months of start date
• BCLS within 30 days of start date
• RN licensure required
• AD/BS or RN Diploma accepted as qualification
• One year of acute care experience required
• No travel required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with medical providers and care team to implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and outcomes.
