Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care required.
• Current Texas RN license and BCLS certification.
• Ability to work night shift and adapt to high-acuity ICU care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered ICU nursing care per RN process and physician orders.
• Document assessments, plans, and treatments accurately in medical records.
• Administer medications, monitor effects, and manage IV therapies.
• Assist during procedures and participate in life-support activities as needed.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, care plans, and discharge steps.
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure patient safety.
