AdventHealth Palm Coast is hiring Registered Nurses for full-time night shifts in Florida. The role involves comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and family education, with a focus on safety and outcomes.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain precise records in the electronic medical record system. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical and psychosocial needs.

• Coordinate care with medical staff and other departments to ensure effective teamwork.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes in the medical record.
• Evaluate and adjust care plans to improve patient health and safety.
• Respond promptly to code situations and participate in performance improvement activities.
