Trinity Health Nazareth Hospital in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Part-time Registered Nurse for the ICU unit. The position involves 12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm – 7:30 am) in Nazareth Hospital, Philadelphia, PA.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, delegating tasks to the healthcare team as appropriate. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for coordinating the plan of care and patient progress.

Qualifications

• BSN or BS/BA in Nursing required.
• Current PA RN license required.
• Current BLS required; ACLS required or orientation if applicable.
• Previous acute care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides total, comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process.
• Communicates plan of care and changes in patient condition with the health care team.
• Completes admissions in accordance with policy and assesses patient via multi-system approach.
• Documents assessments, plans, interventions and outcomes per policy.
• Participates in discharge planning with a multidisciplinary team.
