Job summary

Wellstar is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse in Critical Care for the Paulding ICU in Georgia. This full-time night shift (7p-7a) requires proven nursing competence within a multidisciplinary team and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

Minimum 2 years of direct patient nursing experience and active RN license, with BLS and ACLS ( Instructor) certifications, are required. Associate degree is required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing program is required.
• BSN from an accredited program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing processes to deliver individualized patient care.
• Coordinates delivery of safe, quality care in a fast-paced ICU setting.
