Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis, ongoing health status assessment and planning.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning, document planned interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation, evaluate response and revise plan with multidisciplinary team.
• Leadership, participate in process improvements for quality and safety.
• Operations, support safe, efficient clinical operations.
• As an HRO, focus on safety, quality and efficiency in duties.
