Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an ICU/CCU Registered Nurse for a 13-week night shift assignment (19:00–07:30). The unit operates with a 1:2 staff ratio across four beds. Requires a minimum of 2 years’ ICU experience, active state RN license, and certifications in ACLS and BLS.

Candidate must demonstrate skills in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, IV therapy, arterial/central line management, and care of ventilated patients, with potential floating within the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ ICU/CCU nursing experience.
• Active state license required for RN practice.
• ACLS, BLS certifications required; NIH training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU/CCU nursing care on a 4-bed unit with 1:2 nurse-patient ratio.
• Adhere to night shift hours: 19:00–07:30.
• Maintain proficiency in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and emergency response.
• Perform IV therapy, arterial and central line management.
• Care for ventilated patients and manage ABGs.
• Float within facility as needed to meet staffing needs.
• Ensure infection prevention and isolation precautions.
