Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU assignment in Globe, AZ. This 13-week, night-shift contract requires vent management, vasopressor initiation, and continuous telemetry monitoring for critically ill patients.

The role includes 2:1 ICU coverage, potential float to Med/Surg, Tele, Step-Down, and Observation floors. Requires BLS/ACLS, current RN license, and a minimum of 3 years ICU experience; vaccine is required.

Qualifications

• Critical care nursing experience required.
• Must be able to initiate and titrate vasopressors and other IV medications.
• Ventilator management is required.
• Hemodynamic and telemetry monitoring proficiency.
• Sepsis management knowledge.
• Central/arterial line management experience.
• Chest tube management experience.
• Blood administration responsibilities.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for critically ill patients.
• Manage infusion pumps and rapid infusers.
• Monitor bedside cardiac monitors and mechanical ventilators.
• Floater to Med/Surg, Tele, Step-Down, and Observation floors as needed.
• Maintain ICU nurse-to-patient ratio and step-down ratios.
• Sustain 12-hour night shifts with call requirements.
• Vaccine requirement and holiday coverage as applicable.
