Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU team at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, IL. The schedule is nights, 36 hours per week, with hands-on acute bedside care.

Candidates must be licensed RN in state of practice; BSN preferred. Critical Care experience is preferred; BLS required, ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable. HSHS offers a comprehensive benefits package and a values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of science in nursing is preferred; licensure in the state of practice required.
• Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required; multi-state license per compact may apply.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required based on patient population; CCRN/CEN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Apply clinical knowledge to care for ICU patients.
• Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes in the ICU.
