Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care System in Hermiston, OR is seeking an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to provide direct, compassionate care for adult patients before and after procedures. You will assess conditions, administer medications, monitor vitals and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and outcomes.

The role requires a current Oregon RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Oregon RN license required; BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult ICU patients.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
